As threats in the cyber space continue to disrupt both the public and private sectors, often targeting critical infrastructures that supply essential services such as energy, water, healthcare or mobile services, member states of NATO & EU have enhanced their cooperation via a Technical Arrangement on Cyber Defence to advance the objectives set in the recent EU Global Strategy and NATO Warsaw Summit Declaration. With particular reference to the existing best practices used by some NATO & EU member states, this conference will focus on how both organizations can best use their existing tools to develop and implement a cooperative cyber security strategy.
